Decano Services is a proud three-generation family business with roots dating back to 1995, when Alvin “AL” Dean together with his devoted wife Bunny founded Decano Inc in their garage. With AL’s patented design of the Decano burner and pilot system, the business quickly gained traction and expanded into a dedicated shop.

In 2010, AL’s grandson Cooper joined the operation, starting out as just a summer job sweeping floors. It didn’t take long for Cooper to develop a serious interest in the family business and the legacy behind it.

In 2014, Cooper and his father Charlie officially purchased the business and the partnership of Decano Services began. We built a new shop (under the supervision of AL) and relocated the business. With Charlie’s steady leadership and Cooper’s fresh perspective, the father-son team combined over 50 years of a variety of oilfield experience bringing new life to the company.

Though we lost AL in 2015 and Bunny in 2020, Decano Services proudly continues to honor their legacy—30 years strong—as a dynamic, multi-generational team committed to quality, innovation, and family tradition. In conjunction with Decano Services, Charlie and Cooper also run Charlie's dirtwork business , 3D Services, which Charlie started in 1997.
